1. Eligibility
   This offer is open exclusively to ViewSonic reseller partners operating in the United Kingdom and Ireland. 
   
   
2. Acceptance of Terms
   By participating in this offer, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may, at ViewSonic’s sole discretion, result in disqualification from the offer and forfeiture of any associated entitlements.
   
   
3. Offer Period
   This promotion is valid for qualifying purchases made up to 23:59 (GMT) on 31st October 2025. Claims received after this date will not be accepted under any circumstances.
   
   
4. Eligible Products
   The offer applies exclusively to the following ViewSonic display models:
   • CDE4330
   • CDE5530
   • CDE6530
   • CDE7530
     
     
5. Stock Availability
   This offer is strictly subject to product availability. It is valid only while stocks last. ViewSonic accepts no responsibility for resellers’ inability to source eligible products due to stock limitations.
   
   
6. Claim Process
   • Resellers must submit claims monthly in accordance with the submission process specified by ViewSonic.
   • Each claim must include a valid commercial invoice, showing:
     • Correct SKU(s)
     • Quantity purchased
     • End-user company name
   • Incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate claims may be rejected at ViewSonic’s discretion.
     
     
7. Cashback Payment
   • Approved claims will be paid via pass-through credit only.
   • No alternative form of payment will be offered.
   • ViewSonic will process approved credits in accordance with its internal payment cycle and terms.
     
     
8. Right to Amend or Cancel
   ViewSonic reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice. Any such action will not affect claims that have already been approved.
   
   
9. Limitation of Liability
   ViewSonic accepts no responsibility for:
   • Claims lost, delayed, or submitted after the deadline
   • Technical or system errors affecting claim submissions
   • Incorrect details provided by participants
   • Unavailability of stock from distributors or partners
     
     
10. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
